These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CatsGPT website and mobile application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

CatsGPT is a mobile application and web service that helps cat owners record, translate, and respond to cat vocalizations. The Service includes a low-cost 3-day paid trial followed by a regular subscription.

2. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

CatsGPT offers subscription plans that start with a low-cost 3-day paid trial on the Weekly and Annual plans. After the 3-day trial, the subscription automatically converts to the regular price unless canceled.

• 3-Day Paid Trial: New customers start with a 3-day paid trial (not free). The trial has a low introductory price. If you cancel within the 3 days, you will not be charged the regular subscription price.
• Auto-renewal: After the trial period, subscriptions automatically renew at the regular price unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the mobile app or by contacting support@catsgpt.info. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. We do not store your full payment details.

3. Refunds and 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with CatsGPT for any reason within the first 30 days after your paid subscription begins, contact us at support@catsgpt.info and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our payment provider’s policies. Lifetime purchases are eligible for the 30-day guarantee only.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your login credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology in the Service belong to CatsGPT or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatsGPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the state where our company is registered.
