If you are not satisfied with CatsGPT for any reason within the first 30 days after your paid subscription starts, contact us at support@catsgpt.info and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
We offer a low-cost 3-day paid trial on our Weekly and Annual plans. If you cancel during this 3-day period, you will not be charged the regular subscription price.
After the 30-day guarantee window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are generally happy to help if you’re experiencing technical issues or if the app didn’t meet your expectations.
Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 30-day Happiness Guarantee. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable.
Please email support@catsgpt.info with your order details (or the email address used for purchase). We aim to process refund requests within 3–5 business days.
All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
